Data Unlocking
Data Unlocking
Your data is one of your most valuable business assets.
Used diligently, transparently and fairly you can maximise its potential multiple times. The GDPR, Data Protection Act and Privacy and E Communication Regulations are complex and lead businesses and business owners to taking a risk-averse approach to using their data for fear of fines and reprisals. This leads to missed opportunity.

Where do we come in?
At CSS Assure we help businesses discover a data Return Of Investment (ROI). Our team will help our clients Realise the potential of the data they already hold, Optimise the potential of data they are yet to collect, and Identify alternative opportunities to maximise the value of your data.

Your Business Potential!
Your Business Potential!
Our experience shows that many businesses are unprepared or singularly focused on their immediate needs when conducting their data protection compliance. They do not tend to think about the future.
We help our clients think and prepare for their future, leading planning sessions and offering advice to ensure that they do not unintentionally restrict the options and actions available to them.
OUR ROI MODEL
Realise, Optimise, Identify

Realise
Do you already possess a back book of data that you’re scared to use because of GDPR and all the other rules and regulations? You can’t change how you collected that data originally, but that doesn’t mean you can’t adapt it and make it re-usable.
CSS Assure can help you analyse your precious resource and manoeuvre the information into a position where it can be unlocked and made available for new uses to generate additional revenue.
Realise Your
Potential

Optimise
Your business is continually growing and developing – different today than it was yesterday. You cannot be sure of exactly where it will go, how many new clients you might attract or what opportunities may cross your path – not to mention the decisions you will have to make when it comes to expanding, selling or transferring your business.
But, whatever the scenario, it is vital that in order to maximise the data you have amassed that you are sure it was collected in the correct manner in the first place. Doing so ensures it is unconstrained and agile for use in the way that you want.
Optimise Your
Data

Identify
The data you have acquired is one of your company’s most valuable assets. Used lawfully, fairly and transparently you can maximise its potential through partnerships with other businesses, opening up additional revenue streams.
There are many businesses out there which have a great database and are looking for other opportunities while other companies with great products or services are looking for a good database they can use. CSS Assure can help bring such businesses together for their mutual benefit, ensuring that both parties fulfil their GDPR obligations to process the data in a fair, transparent and lawful way.

Audit
To understand how much value is locked up in your data, we assess your data to provide an estimate of the number of usable data records you could unlock. The complexity of your databases will determine how long this process takes. We usually spend one day onsite and complete the remainder of the audit offsite.

Assessment
To establish clarity, we undertake an assessment of Data Protection compliance within your organisation. We conduct the assessment to produce a Data Protection Maturity Report and a Cyber Resilience Maturity Report to provide you with Prioritised Risk areas for remediation.

What our clients say

“MINIMUM DRAMA, MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY”
LTW Leads
We realised that the data we had collected in the past was a valuable resource and wanted to use it to generate new revenue through the marketing of other financial products, but the previous compliance advice we were given by another company we were using was that it couldn’t be done.
Then we heard that CSS Assure had successfully completed a similar project for another firm, including liaising with the Information Commissioner’s Office to ensure all GPDR and other data protection rules had been complied with.
